GitHub Advanced Security customers can now retrieve private repository secret scanning results at the organization level via the GitHub REST API. This new endpoint, in beta, supplements the existing repository-level endpoint.

Dark high contrast theme GA
A dark high contrast theme, with greater contrast between foreground and background elements, is now generally available to all github.com users. Navigate to the "Appearance" page in your profile settings to choose the dark high contrast theme. This release also includes improvements to our color system across all GitHub themes.
GitHub Secret Scanning scans repositories for known types of secrets, to prevent fraudulent use of secrets that were committed accidentally. This protects users from fraud and data leaks.
