A few months ago I contacted one of my favorite local San Francisco artists, Sirron Norris, to see if he would create a custom piece for us featuring the Octocat, but done in his unique and instantly recognizable style. After an inspired two days at his Wacom tablet, Sirron produced this stunning work:
Notice that not only is there a gigantic Octocat, crazy blue bears, a rocket car, and a tidal wave, but the whole saga takes place in San Francisco and if you look hard you can find the Golden Gate bridge, the Bay Bridge, and the Transamerica Pyramid!
